Creative Industries Level 5:Documents

Documents are used within each company but knowing which you will be handling when running a business is important as it usuallly involves invoices and statements for estimates, bills and tracking of unpayed payments. Another piece of documentation is terms and conditions as these come in handy with sales which gives protection of your rightds and interests of the product, costs and legallybinding as a contract as well as being a form of arrangements and payment terms. Terms and conditions have certain areas that are key to document such as payment, person who is eeking purchase of product and the returns or product arrangements.

Keeping track of your documents is a key process when part of a business and an accountant allows for that process to be less time consuming for the owner as the accountant can keep track of the income and outcome of money. An accountant keeps the cash flow in check and steady to the point where no cash is being overspent and is available and not to spend more than the earned amount and using certain softwares can also be a a good tracker of cash flow as it allows you to notice your losing money before it could be too late to prohibit a loss.

Businesses tend to spend money on start up essentials, overheads and direct costs such as recent released equipments, a website, company name, logo, aesthetics, bills for the electrics, wages and rent, equipment or needs of the employees. As wells as tracking your business its key to keep the bank informed on the standard information they seek such as money needed, money already available, purchases, marketing plan and payment to the bank.

Creative Industries Level 5:Cash Management

This week we looked at how to manage your cash income and outcome by keeping track of your money through a business perspective and processes were listed and used ultiple times within a business perspective and modified if the cash flow became unsteady in meeting the standards of income.
  • Constantly tracking your use of money
  • Gaining more exposure and marketing product(s) with income to increase profit
  • Having legal evidence of sales
  • Invoicing clients to keep track of deal
  • Reminders and contact of unpaid deals
We looked more into cash flow and how to understand it and why it benefits the business and listed three steps to a cash flow such as Receipts are your income, Payments are your expenditures and The Balance which is your expenditure taken from your income. Having a positive cash flow means that you are earning more than you are spending and that you have a steady growth of income but if your income is a negative cash flow, showing that you are steadily losing income due spending money than you are earning.

Creating a cash flow forecast whe starting up a company gives the company a good estimation of what you will be using the money for such as employees, rent and other equipment and etc to consider costs and the overall growth. An accountant can help with the cash flow of the company, with the choice of a Charted or Certified accountant with both doing the job in a similar fashion, payment is thebig difference maker between the two.

Creative Industries Level 5:Game Industry Sony Playstation's NGP

On January 27th Sony had a presentation in which they showed their new software and just a general update of the products and that presentation had been released online now and after watching it i was impressed at how they are furthering their products to expand on the success of user interface through touch and motion senses and the ways in which they have produced the new game engine the Next Generation Portable or the PSP2 into a more sociable gaming engine through the PlayStation Suite and the Near and much more to be able to view friends or gamers near you and to be able to see gaming information like games played, bought, scores and more in depth detail.

From what i can remember after watching the presentation Sony have tried to look more into having an expanded level of fun whilst gaming with your friends and on the move and the presentation is impressive at the way it was presented and also to show off their new product and gain exposure and excitement to gamers who see this as a next step into gaming and portable play. I looked at this specific company as it is a large company to aim for and with their new expansion on products their variety of platforms to be able to play will allow those that are in the developing stages of their career can aim for one of the platform areas to hone their craft and i particularly saw this as an interesting bit of latest news as the Sony products are the main manufacturers that my family and i have been purchasing from with the latest addition of the PS3 to our products list.

Creative Industries Level 5:Marketing Plan

My logo at it's Basic Stage
My name is Ifraz Mohammed, I am a 20 year old student studying in BA Digital Films, Games and Animation into the second year and looking towards doing a third year to have a main focal point for my career. Drawn toward the Game aspect of the course and perhaps the Animation aspect as well but mainly towards the Game aspect as i see concept art as being my strong point and throughout my 1st year and 2nd year i have begun to not only focus on the Game concept art but become to open up to the Game modelling and in the 3r d year hope to narrow my decision on the one choice.

My main goal is to either do be working under concept artist as it fits under the imagination of my mind and of the design that i am capable of conjuring up with or without a brief character/environment description or game modelling particularly Maya as its the main 3D modelling software which is being used by the big named manufacturers and is the main software which is similar to other 3D modelling applications out in the market. The benefits of doing both is that my concept art design are of my creations and with that in mind i will be able to have the modelling aspect in terms of proportion, look and feel of the character and environment when it come to the modelling and how i can develop that with my skills in 3D modelling.and with these aspects being the main direction of work i am capable of working alone to get the best out of my final piece as well as taking input and giving input to others and working in a team and watching over the team members to see their progress and where i can develop my work to get the best out of them.

When price is concerned is for the freelancers and opening your own company and i see neither as being in my future as of now as i would like to gain experience and improve skills and areas of my work through working with or within and industry full of people who are doing similar stuff to what i hope to be achieving and to get into these companies i will need to self promote to gain experience and feedback from people who are doing concept art and 3D modelling and within the gaming industry as these will help to be aware of what i need to do to get to the standards that are wanted by companies. That is why i have recently began to put my work into social networks such as YouTube, Twitter and Facebook to help to gain exposure or feedback from perhaps professionals. My desired place to work is one that is close and available to be with family but a few years ago i had seen America as a main source of gaming industry work and wanted to go to America to gather information, skills and just knowledge of how to achieve the concept art perfection that i have seen over the years but i see the U.K as a base to get into the industry and see how it works and then get into a bigger picture within the gaming industry by going to America.

Overall i am a hard worker as focusing on the one main project helps to get the best out of me and knowing what i want to do, by using my imagination to make the best piece of work i can to create in concept art or 3D modeling and that where i can do these types of work whether America or U.K will all be additional learning to the one i have and be able to work locally around family and i will do the best of my ability to achieve this goal to live in calm whilst doing what i love.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 12:Game Environment Landscape

This week we had started to learn much more about Unity, our game forming software and so we were able to get the hang of functions, terrain building, meshes and importing animations. during this time we were able see that the Unity software was similar in ways to Maya and made it an easy transition to using Unity.

Whilst i hadn't delved much deeper into the Unity software i was able to have a go at creating my environment landscape by using creating a terrain and shifting through the options available i tried to create what i beleived would suit my depiction or my idea of how i want the landscape to look.

As you can see by simply having a try at some of terrain tools i was able to create a small landscape mountainside, with small hills and an open valley. With this simple usage of the terrain manipulations, rising the certain areas of the terrain created a deserted scenery, to have the buildings become the focal point of the game.
Throughout the images you can see that within Unity rising the terrain helped to create a landscape setting equivalent to gameplay mountains, rather than creating the landscape in Maya Unity was able to speed up the time of creating a setting for my game than creating the landscape in Maya.
This final image is a screenshot of my character showing his scale compared to the landscape and of the area in which he will be contained within. Adding the given textures from Unity i built the landscapes visuals to look bare and visible and seem like there is nothing but land from miles away and i found that because of this test of a landscape setting i will usse this as a representation for my overall game.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 12:Game Environment Research5

Further research into buildings i began to view the visual side, the shape and perception of the buildings and found the images shown above. I wanted my buildings to seem futuristic, as if to show it being from another planet and types of buildings with patterns and markings that look different, stand out and seem inhuman. As you can see i took references from Heroes and this was in great timing of watching the show that i came across the scenes of destruction and ruins to fit nicely in researching for my buildings to become a battlefield.

However i didn't want to focus too much on how the destruction looks but rather the look and texture of the buildings, as i wouldn't want my buildings to become a constant bit of texture but instead look much more of an alien inhabited planet. Looking at the buildings in the images they look like battle grounds, places in which destruction has come across. The textures on the buildings are smooth but because of so little colour and only consisting of contrasts of black and white they seem metal or mechanical and i think that this is something to consider when i begin the texturing for my buildings and whether i should use the black and white contrasts to make it more metal looking or just shine my buildings up and add a rflective surface.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 12:Game Environment Research4

Taking my concept ideas further into researching buildings for my cityscape i came across many images of buildings but i wanted my game environment to have a connection to the games character as the character is the reason why i want the buildings to be destroyed as if it to seem like battles, wars and weapon tests had been the cause to the buildings being turned to rubble or broken apart and having that in mind i looked for wastelands, buildings which were falling to pieces.

I found many images from the wastelands within Fallout 3 and seeing these they suit the visual plans that i am willing to create and because such a perfect example of the destroyed buildings that i want to use, Fallout 3 had proven to be a great refrence for formings destruction areas or markings and after playing Fallout 3 i was able to understand why this is a great game whilst you wander the wastelands you are able to view the level of detail as you get closer to the buildings but what had impressed me more had been the as you look further back at the buildings in the distance you can still see detail and looks amazing overall when you look at the buildings up close or further away.

Creative Industries Level 5:Payments

Legal statuses affect the tax a company pays and looking at tax in the U.K, you don't get taxed until you earn more than £6,475 a year but looking at tax bands a certain percentage is taxed from the amount you earn yearly such as, from £6,475-£37,400 20% is taxed, from £37,401-£150,000 40% is taxed and from £150,000+ 50% is taxed.

Payment for National Insurance always is a factor as the class type has its payments for example class 2, self-employed pay £2.40 per week or monthly however class 4 self-employed, 8% is taken out from annual profits of £4,875 and an additional 1% if profits exceed this number and class 1's depending on how much they earn whether it be under £6,475, 3.7% is taken out annually by the employer for the employees benefit.

Creative Industries Level 5:Setting Up Your Own Company

Setting up your own company is always an option but understanding how to get to that point is another task. Understanding that all areas for a company will come under observation and a major factor of the company is to sort the matter of ownership and liabilities of the company owner(s). This where Share Holders/Directors come into play as the owner(s) has the option of distributing the ownership percentage of 100% to 50% to him or herself and sharing the rest of the 50% to workers or another party to fit the roles, equality to share the income and outcome of the company.

But with shared responsibilities of the company can also have its disadvantage as the share could be seen as unimportant by distributing its percentage even further and such as taking 50 shares worth £500 and distributing it further to 50,000 shares decreases the worth. Limited companies use this method when changing there company into a public one, allowing the general public to purchase shares, to possibly out buy the company from the owners and gives the company more investors.

The legal status of the exampled company given previously is not thought up on the spot but rather by the companies actions such as their income actions, would the company use the profit to put it back into the company or increasing the workers wages? and these types of actions allow outsiders to see what kind of company they are from Public Partnership, Limited or Social Enterprise and how tax affects the company as well as owner and workers are payed and using the companies money.

Creative Industries Level 5:Management and Leadership

In this weeks lesson we looked at management and leadership within a work environment and the roles each person has within the company they work for. Meredith Belbin's "Team Role Chart" underlines the three various roles that are found in a work place from Action orientated roles, People Orientated Roles and Cerebral Orientated Roles and the choice of role you believe to be suitable for you allows a better introduction into the company. A better understanding of the specific field your are going into would be to work your way up and getting a perspective of certsin things that the job you seek may not entail and positions as juniors or internships allow the steps of production of your skills and knowledge of the business.

Having a preccise career path helps in getting to that position but getting there may be only half the step as the position wil need you to meet the demands and capabilities for example of a manger, capabilities such as listening, skills, communication skills, thinking out of the box, getting the information across to your coleagues. These would be the qualities the company would want for the respective role and showing these qualities through personal statements within a CV gives an impression to the company you understand what the role needs from you and how these qualities can be used.

When applying for a job a CV is what is needed to infrorm the company of you, your details, qualifications and improtantly what can you offer the company that many others vying for the position can't, "what makes you stand out?" research into what the company wants will aid in the companys need for you. Research into the comapny available position shouldn't be the only background check but into the overall company, at how they will be suitable for you, their status to being a good choice or bad choice. Look at their structure to which perhaps could be beneficial for you to progress within and their location, to uphold your living needs by moving closer to the companies location and the connections the company ha sto maybe allow you to gain more exposure and opportunities.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 11:Game Environment Research3

The next part of my research was the background scenery and what i would have in the distance to show a depth of the planet and the surroundings but when looking at the images that i had found during my research i figured that this is the type scenery that should be in my concept as its in the background and won't take away the focus of the concept art, the cityscape. When you look through the images above you see mountains and craters, rock formations which carry on from the Prince of Persia blog post and allows a continuity of the sandy base to form rocky mountains for my concept art.

In these images a rocky flooring and creating craters gives me an assist with having a bumpy flooring making more of an interaction with the games character and the environment as its allowing the gamer to get the rocky feeling through the bumpy floor. As well as looking and mountains and background visuals, i used a fellow students work in Mark Griffiths, as his previous game work, Hardwar is a fitting or similar in the environment i want to implement and along the right side is the process of the background in creating the distance of rubble and minor buildings to go further back as the mountings come into view.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 11:Game Environment Research2

After seeing how the previous single image from Prince of Persia set a mood towards the game i looked more into the environment portion of their concept art and because the layout of the Prince of Persia games and concept art are always set in a medieval time and as you can see throughout these images there is a common usage of sand having the sand form around the buildings and across the land and this helps towards how my development can take ideas from the concept art and from them into a similar style of mine.

Also looking at the images the understanding that you get is that these landscapes and buildings are from a much more mythical interpretation by the viewers and this comes across throughout the games as you see the markings and architecture of the buildings as a past design or one which you believe to be mythical because of it not being a common building. Using Prince of Persia concept art as a reference i begin to form the setting of where my characters battles have taken place, a place in which is mountainous, foreign to the complacent environment of Earth and Prince of Persia is one of my favourite games to look at when thinking of architectural buildings that stand out, although the Assassins Creed games series is further rivaling the gaming environment of Prince of Persia.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 11:Game Environment Research1

Before looking into the the type of environment in which my game character belongs in, i looked at the types of concept art to get an understanding of how concept arts are commonly perceived and i found any which consisted of the brighter, broader
shading of colour to form the picture. With the next Batman game getting released later this year the creators of Batman Arkham City have been releasing the concept that went along with the games development and i was able to see how they get the mood within the game from the concept art.

As you can see from the Batman Arkham City concept art images you see the darker setting which will be utilized in the game because of the concept art and in the other side of the contrast of colour the Prince of Persia concept art image shows a much lighter, eye-catching palette of colours as that simple use of brighter colours gives off the impression that this is the game in which the game play is much more of a lighter, smooth and fantasy feel compared to the Batman concept art which gives off a darker sense of loneliness, mood setting and allowing the shading to take care of detail.

Contextual and Theoretical Studies Level 5 Week 13:Essay Notes

Superheroes and Philosophy-Truth, Justice and the Socratic Way-Tom Morris and Matt Morris
Image of the Superhero
Superman and Batman are internationally recognised characters and have been inspired different forms of media to showcase their stories
Superhero comics combine one of the original American art forms such as jazz, blues, muscle cars and 'krispy Kreme' doughnutswhich have in themselves made an impact on the world
Superman, the 'grandfather of all suerheroes'...fights a never-ending battle for truth, for justice, and for the 'American Way'
Comic book superheroes were created as, and always ave been at root, and adolescent power fantasy
...they're intended to excite the imaginations of children with the same fire and energy as th emyths an d fairy tales of years past. But, to kids today, as the stars and profiles of Batman, Spider-Man, and wolverine have risen, Superman has become increasingly irrelevants
Gen-Next...perceive the world around them as far more dangerous, far more unfair, and far more screwed up than my generation (the writers) ever did
How relevant is a man who flies and wears a red cape to kids who have to pass through metal detectors at school?
...He's not from around here. He doesn't belong here. He was raised as one of us, but he's really not one of us. Superman is the sole survivor of his race. He is an alien being, and he is probably more alone in this world than anyone else ever has been
Heroes and Superheroes
Many writers, artists and other people in the superhero business...the stories of these characters embody our deepest hopes and fears, as well as our high aspirations, and that they can help us deal with our worst nightmares
What is a superhero? They tend to look different...they pursue justice, helping those who cannot help themselves, and overcoming evil with the force of good
Understanding a hero as a person who risks life and limb for the sake of others and taking the prefix 'super' to indicate the posession of superpowers
...the reason that the more super an individual might be, the less heroic he or she could possibly be, and the more heroic a person is, the less super they'd have to be
The Oxford English Dictionary defines 'hero' as a term coming down to us from Greek antiquity, and as meaning 'man of super-human qualities, favoured by the gods'. The second definition given is 'illustrious warrior', and the third is 'man admired for achievements and noble qualities'
We all fear harm
Superhero Revisionism in Watchmen and the Dark Knight Returns
The Dark Knight Returns and Watchmen have been enormously influential in terms of how superheroes have been presented and thought of since the mid-to-late 1980s-the way they raise questions of justice and vengeance, their exploration of the ethics of vigilantism
independent costumed crime-fightersare by definition vigilantes-they take the law into their own hands
It makes us all more secure, on this theory, to have the pursuit and punishment of wrongdoers be the delegated task ofsome agency of the state
1939 Original Depiction of Batman was prompted to devote his life to fighting crime and by the murder of his parents. Costumed crime-fighter, was a vigilante but had close relations to the authority figures who came to depend on him
Frank Miller's 1986 Batman The Dark Knight Returns-examines the the issues surrounding the vigilantism by re-imagining the Batman's psyche as traumatized much more by the death of his parents
Breaking laws to catch the criminals who break the much more important laws and trying to keep the law abiding citizens safe
Miller's stories show debates by the tv talking heads and public on Batman's vigilantism-viewing him as dangerous, a true champion and even as far as a criminal psychiatrist blaming Batman for The Jokers and Two-faces crimes
Alan Moore's superhero concept created a different viewpoint of the concept and posed the question of what if the 1938 1st issue of Superman influenced real people to become masked crime-fighters
Psychology as well as ethical and political ramifications of vigilantism-rethink the portayal of superhero through several costumed crime-fighters as being psychologically troubled
Rorshach-traumatized by an abusive childhood-is absolutely ruthless in his willingness to use violence to fight crime
Earlier Moore superhero characters were prompted by the 'Superman' comic but Rorshach was spawned by the real live event that culminated in 1964 the murder of Kitty Genovese
Real world event of Kitty Genovese had no masked crime-fighters come to life and neither did Superman comic but in Moore's depiction this event had made Rorshach become the character that he becomes-'ashamed for humanity' and don a ink-blot mask that allowed him to go out and fight crime
Rorshach and Batman have no superpower but devote themselves to fight crime to take action rather than choose to ignore it, as ignoring the horrific events makes them monsters like the murderers and the villains
Friedrich Nietzsche 1844-1900 "Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And when you look long into an abyss, the abyss also looks into you"-Spider-Man "...With great power comes great responsibility"
'Who watches the Watchmen?'-Vigilantes look after the law abiding citizens but in Watchmen when stated to retire or work for the government those that resist such as Rorshach become criminals-become more feared vigilantes for not following the law such as Superman or Dr. Manhattan
Power-becomes an urge after viewing the Superman comic of being superior in any shape or form to those around you, to stand out and be visible to abide by your own laws

Superheroes are good due to the reader being aware of the line that is superhero and supervillain-doing good and fighting evil shows the reader which character is the villain and which is the good guy
Watchmen redefined the nature of a superhero being good through their characters like Dr. Manhattan who is seen as a god like figure with the powers he attained-so the definition of being good is changed because this superhero has the power but needs to make the choice and stay on that path of being good

Why be a Superhero?-Getting power which improves you physically and mentally, being able to prove something, being superior to the world and being able to do what you want
Why be Moral?-"...With great power comes great responsibility" Spider-Man-failing to do your moral duty will result in consequences to affect you in some form-doing the right thing allows the peace of mind, no bad conscience

Game Art Design and Animation Week 10:Animations

Here are the videos for my animations of a jump, walk, turnaround and idle.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 10:Batch rendering and After Efects Use

Before batch rendering i needed to check my rendered image files in how they will be shown and so i rendered the current frame so i can change the settings to fit my project needs.
Now that i had everything sorted i was ready to batch render the animations and because these animation were no longer than 360 frames i was able to have all files rendered in under an hour and available to be imported into Adobe After Effects.
I had batch rendered all of my files to be Adobe Photoshop files the reason for this was because when talking Chris Rhodes he had told me that he had done this process so that when he imported the files into After Effects he could composite a image behind the image and so i wanted this advantage as well and enabling me to have a space background to help distinguish my character model as it is a dark model.
Once i am ready to import my files into After Effects i use the import multiple files as footage option and then composite the background i want which allows me then to simply put into the render queue to render the images as a qucktime clip.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 10:Animating Idle and Turnaround

When learning i had to do a n idle of my character i thought this was of the model in a pose but after learning shortly after that the idle was just of the character looking around i knew that this bit of animation wouldn't have any problems and would be simple enough to do having him look to the lft then to the right and i had completed  three out of four bits of animation.
When it came to creating the turnaround it was a quick, simple and straightforward animation from all that were needed as i just needed to keyframe the model in the position he is in now and then keyframe the last fram of the model rotated 360 degrees to have my turnaround completed.
Seeing how my animated images would have a black background and because my model is much darker i needed something to separate him from the background and found this image to go with my space soldier theme and to distinguish the shape of my character.

Contextual and Theoretical Studies Level 5 Week 12:Essay Notes

My hand written notes
Batman Year One Frank Miller, David Mezzucchelli with Richmond Miles
1986-Editorial Board of DC Comics became dated after half a century work of comics
Revamping was needed and DC were looking at there top three characters in Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman, to be the ones to start revamping
Ideas were coming up for the revamping of Wonder Woman and Superman but DC Comics were realising that Batman wasn't really in the need of revamping
DC still beleived that Bob Kane and Bill Finger-1939 was still perfect and didn't really need the revamping as it was seen as a perfect comic and mirrored readership, cand coping with aredities of 20th Century urban life.
DC then finally had come up with the idea that Batman's origins didn't need changing but rather improved to tell the story in a unique style
To which Frank Miller had volunteered and with the work he had produced he was acknowledged as the best writer-artist
Danny O'Neil March 1988 A Shadow Fell Across Me...
Danny writes that if readers have an idea of Batman being of the Adam West and Burt Ward tv series of Batman, where they exchanged camped out-quips and had a sense of humour about it...
But in Danny's mind Batman was never a funny or happy type of character anf this was after he had bought his first issue of Batman and saw how "the artwork on one story looked good and scary" (8 years old) and that because it was a little dark of comic book through its artwork and thats what Batman encompasses as he is a dark and straight forward guy who is always serious
I was able to scan in some notes from the Batman Year One Notes and found these at the back, which give opinions on if these superheroes weren't as they seemed and giving a different view on things:

Game Art Design and Animation Week 9:Animating Jump

I had approached this animation the same way as i did with the walkcycle and went and found an image of a jump to which could help in my aniamtion and although this is straight forward enough i used it as basic outline of the jump.
To which this next image carries on with the detail of the body parts movements such as the arms would expand when coming down from the jump and with this image i got alot more information of the jump as it shows from different perspectives of the jump allowing me to see how far apart the legs go or arms go when jumping and landing.
As you can see i followed the animated jump cycle of the the second image and worked consistently from the side view and the working from the other views to make it an all round equal jump and having bends of the back as he goes up and looks down to see where he lands.
If i hadnt seen the image of the blue alien jump from other perspectives i wouldnt have realized that having the arms go up at the same time and the as they are coming down would expand outwards till the get down to the side of the body.
Finally with the jump having to work with diffirent angles was the key as you can only get so much out of working from the side because you wouldnt be able to correctly do the jump as teh arms expand and your knees would come forward when landing and it was just getting the animation done correctly on both sides.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 9:Animating Walkcyle

Before even animating i started to look for images to help me in animating my walkcyle because i learned that trying to get a walkcycle right can be atricky process when trying this animation for the first time and i found this simple walkcycle process and followed it to get the basic flow of the walk.

But it wasnt until i had completed the flow of the walk through the first image i had found and wanted a more detailed imaged of a walkcycle and came across this image but the website it was on had steps to creating a walkcycle but i had just wanted to follow this detailed walkcycle image.
I had created a floor so i know where my foot stops or works with throughout the aniamtion and getting the walk to be exactly consistent without any problems was tricky even with following the image of the walkcycle as i had tried to get each movement spot on. Once i had got the overall jist of the first couple of frames of the walkcycle i could then repeat the process onto the other side.

Game Art Design and Animation Week 9:Weight Painting the Basic Character Model

After going with the basic character model and completing the UV texture process once again i had come back to weight painting and this time around this process was much more simpler and smoother and that was because i had no extra nodes to smooth out and with the air containers and wires i was able to sort out the problem of influence from the arm to the side of the body.
After being aware of the multi colour option under the weight painting i was able to see clearly the areas that need solving and helped in the overall outcome of a smooth animation when moving the arm and you see from the images that i had gotten the models side body smooth enough to not be influenced much by the arm once moved.
Here is a simple image of the model completed after weight painting it and mirroring the weights to the other half of the body and checking if they would move without influence from other areas showed the difference in the problem before and after removing the air containers and wires polygons.
Now before beginning my animation i had one small problem which was with my characters feet and the problem was that when i was modelling i had his feet modelled in downward direction and not knowing that this would be a problem when modelling i had to straighten the feet before even starting my animation. From the additional attributes to the feet i was able to use that to my advantage and straighten the feet before animating as you can see in the image the left foot had been straightened and then i just did the same process to the other foot and i am now ready to animate.
