Negotiated Study Week5:Character Concept

The character will be textured with basic colours that have been used within the 12th century time period, i used linen for the leg trousers, silk for the tunic below the super tunic and the under tunic and leather for the boots and gloves as the texture for those specific pieces of clothing.

The colours of brown and green were used for peasants of the 12th century time and the under tunic were either white or creamy as the time went on and using a just below mid waist skirt-shirt as i felt that this would be easier to model.  I have done some basic designs of how i want the character to look in terms of clothing as i wanted something that i could model and show clothing through the texturing of the model and also through research i found that the male peasant wore long skirt like shirts that covered their whole body underneath another long skirt- shirt but i had just used a smaller variation of that skirt which would go just below the waist of the character to help model and texture the character saving polycount and time.
