Negotiated Study Week3:Castle Concept Art 2

The next set of images are my concept art of how the areas around my castle game environment will look and be textured and when i started to create these concept arts i wanted to create the overall look and feel of the area once in. The areas such as indoor second and third image show how the mood and setting will be once you enter that area and i feel that lighting will be used much more in this project because i had only done basic stuff in Unity and this would be my chance to do more.

I used mainly rock textures to form the concept art as i want my model as a medieval building and to use much of a stone texture and throughout my concept art i use a few colours of choice such as brown, red, violet, silver, gold and more as they vary in contrast to show shading is used and is a factor when I'm doing my concept art. I wanted to get the overall layout of the castle across through my concept art and didn't really want to show much more of the finer details such as furniture, paintings, and even clothing as that will be shown once i have created the overall castle and the texturing for it.

The first image is of the back of the castle on the ground floor where the gamer wwill be able to come out into a spacious area allowing more of the scenery to be seen by the gamer and to be able to go inside and outside of the castle to the courtyard via the ramp. The second image is of the interior of the castles, ground floor from the bottom of the screen you can see the an entrance to the dungeon where gamers can go in and out of and again this floor is and open area on the right of the concept art there is the entrance to the castle and the open room is the stairs to the front of the castle which allows you to access the tower, but the ground floor will also have a main staircase which will allow the gamer to access tehe first floor. The final image is of the first floor which will have an open balcony to the outside as well as another balcony which centers the room and allow the gamer to look down onto the ground floor, also there are another set of stairs to allow access to the top second flood.
