In one of my earliest blogs i had chosen Shane Ackers 9 as my appealing visual trailer which has a connection to the course and i believe that i had chosen this movie as it was first based on Shane Ackers lone short film which was created entirley by himself and friends and was so brilliant it was developed further into a feature film. What stood out to me is the way that the characters seem so much as there real life objects for example the characters are made of rag dolls and they are resembled perfectly as the rendered image captures that true look of a rag doll and seeing what a young animator has done in what Shane Acker has done, to me shows that if we as young animators can have the focus and confidence in what we will create than we can create something as brilliant as 9 no matter how long it takes.

Animation Week 10:Animation Artists
As i have mentioned in my previous blog posts i have realized some great amateur animators and found most of their work interesting and see it as a point in animation i would like to see me create or surpass, anyway i realized that with amateur animators being so good i found that professional animators are good as or even better than the amateur animators. An example of these are companies such as Toei Animation which are a Japanese animation company which are recognized for their work on Sailor Moon, Saint Seiya and Dragonball Z series.
Animation Week 10:The technique
My Animation Techniques

I had found this video of someone's technique to creating their animation as they had begun with simple drawing doodles and then became further developed and made into a animation using paper based drawings to begin with the creator eventually develops the process of creating the animation from doodles to a short animation.

Animation Week 10:Simple Animation
Stick Fight created by Micheal Lubin

These kind of animation intrigue me to the fact that they are simple stick animation and don't seem like they took that long but when you see the animation you realize how much time is put into it even though it looks simple and i watched this video an saw how good it really was because i had become fascinated with the action scenes and noticed how long it must have taken because i had used pencil in creating simple animations but it would take longer to create a fight scene in pencil.

Animation Week 10:Website of Animation
Aniboom
I have looked through many animation websites and have found a website called Aniboom, which not only has some kind if professional animations but has many animations created from amateurs. With people uploading their animation the Aniboom website, along with FOX created competitions for the animators that had their animations on the Aniboom website got a life time prize such as $10,000 and a development deal with Fox and along with that the Aniboom has a partnership with Marvel Motion Comics.
With this website i looked at many amateur animations and saw some interesting and funny animations and found this animation which stood out to me the most, crated by Michele Dauria called 'Soichio Honda' which with it's simple style of art, emotional story in the sense that the story is told with the music playing to it's scenes creating a connection with the viewers and what they are seeing. When i had first seen this short film i saw how good the art was and it reminded me of similar art in the cartoon network cartoon called 'Samurai Jack' which kind of resembled the emotion of the 'Soichiro Honda' story.

Contextual and Theoretical Studies Week 4:Find a unique way of narrating a story.
First i thought of The Simpson storyline in which the main storyline is broken up into the one of the four main characters view, Marge, Homer, Bart and Lisa the story is not narrated but seen in the view of characters, the story "Trilogy of Error" is the day of the characters' view as Homer has his thumb chopped off by Marge, Bart finds fireworks and Lisa builds a robot, the other Simpson episode is the "22 Short Films About Springfield" where some of the frequently seen characters are shown through their daily lives in a short film.
And i will try to bring in the two episodes.
S7 Eps 21 - 22 films about springfield
S12 Eps 18 - Trilogy of Terror

Contextual and Theoretical Studies Week 3:Find something-which to me defines 'Punk Graphics'
This week we have to search for anythin which we belive to be or could be the defeinition of Punk Graphics and i have searched and found:
This image i think really defines the nature of the punk graphics, having the black stand out text with the combination of dark colour to make everything into one image.
Here is another example but with colour used showing more of the dark emotion in the graphics, to me these images resembled the definition of punk because of its dark theme and out spoken rights.
Creative Industries Week 7:Blog my reflection on this weeks lesson
This weeks lesson was mainly focused on ourselves in the way we act and the way we work and i believe i was perceived as quiet, getting to and focusing on the work and able to mainly work by myself and i think that sums me pretty much. But my weaknesses of not being much of a leader and a team playere because of me being quiet gives me a different aspect of the way i work, seeing myself as a lone worker likes to focus on the work and tries to make the work perfect.
We had taken a class personality test (Myers Briggs) in which i was a ISTJ which was written as being 'Quiet, serioues, earn success by thoroughness and dependability. Practical, matter-of-fact, realistic, and responsible. Decide logically what should be done and work toward it steadily, regardless of distractions. Take pleasure in making everything orderly and organized-their work, their home, their life. Value traditions and loyalty.' and with reading that i beagn to take pride in what it said it, it made me feel as if everything i did was a good decision for me.
After that lesson i learned alot about myself and the way i am and i think that with that i can achieve what i am aiming towards and that is to be a games designer, focusing on characters, landscapes and other designs of the gaming world.
