Documents are used within each company but knowing which you will be handling when running a business is important as it usuallly involves invoices and statements for estimates, bills and tracking of unpayed payments. Another piece of documentation is terms and conditions as these come in handy with sales which gives protection of your rightds and interests of the product, costs and legallybinding as a contract as well as being a form of arrangements and payment terms. Terms and conditions have certain areas that are key to document such as payment, person who is eeking purchase of product and the returns or product arrangements.

Keeping track of your documents is a key process when part of a business and an accountant allows for that process to be less time consuming for the owner as the accountant can keep track of the income and outcome of money. An accountant keeps the cash flow in check and steady to the point where no cash is being overspent and is available and not to spend more than the earned amount and using certain softwares can also be a a good tracker of cash flow as it allows you to notice your losing money before it could be too late to prohibit a loss.

Businesses tend to spend money on start up essentials, overheads and direct costs such as recent released equipments, a website, company name, logo, aesthetics, bills for the electrics, wages and rent, equipment or needs of the employees. As wells as tracking your business its key to keep the bank informed on the standard information they seek such as money needed, money already available, purchases, marketing plan and payment to the bank.
